Shipping Destinations

AURIA currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States, Australia, and Mexico. Delivery availability is confirmed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. For Australia and Mexico, available shipping methods and applicable rates are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Estimated Delivery

For U.S. orders, the current standard shipping estimate is 8–12 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates for Australia and Mexico may vary by destination and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances may cause delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to become available.

International Orders

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.
